Howdy. I'm stoked. A mate of ours from the central Nth Island has just bought a genuine Ex- GTX series E49 Charger. This car came second in the series one year in the early seventies, when Chargers roamed the earth and ruled New Zealand GT Racing.

After clocking up a lot of miles in a very short time he has realised that a vehicle that requires a mortgage to buy should probably be driven a little less and with a little more caution. To this end he has begun (already!!) a replica build using our VH770 with the stretched rear end ( mini tubbed widebody) to hit the track ( street?) with.

The work is being done down here, I believe the plan is to either use his fact 6 pack motor/box or build a torque monster 265 (with fuel injection being a possibility). Yeehah.

I'm extra stoked because he is going to give me a drive in the Real Deal when I next get up there. Watch out y'all.
